Joyride is a Limited Edition Print of an Original Triptych Painting, painted with Acrylic Polymer on 3 Canvases.
Joyride was originally a Triptych - 3 individual paintings which have been seemlessly merged to create one complete artwork to be sold as a very Limited Edition Print. This piece represents freedom and excitement - an escape from the everyday. My imagination is often overflowing with ideas - and here are some of my favourite snippits of imagery - birds, beach, holiday memories and textures - that take me away on an imaginary joyride to a place that is mine.
My paintings appear velvety and soft by painting slightly out of focus. This technique is unique to my work and blends elements of realism and abstraction seamlessly. By layering colours I create depth and texture with hints of colours showing through otherwise solid areas.
Strictly limited edition print run of only 30 per print size.
